- Our customer support operational hours are 0700hrs to 2100hrs UAE time.•
- Please ensure you are in the lobby at least 15 minutes before your pick-up time and inform the hotel concierge that you are waiting for an Arabian Adventures Tour or Safari.
- Our team on the ground will not be able to contact you if you are unavailable at the pick-up point at the designated date and time.
- Valid voucher copy to be presented upon meeting your guide.•
- Pregnant ladies or people with pre-existing medical conditions (including heart ailments neck or back problems) should not partake in this experience.•
- This activity is not wheelchair accessible.• A private car is required if you have children under 135cm in height so that the correct child seat can be fitted.
- Children aged 5 must have a child seat but can be booked in a shared vehicle. Car seats for children must be used and are to be requested and booked in advance.•
- Each tent can accommodate a maximum of 2 adults and one child aged 5 to 11 years goes for free on a rollaway bed.•

- Tent allocation is at the discretion of Arabian Adventures. We will endeavour to accommodate customer preferences when possible.
- Note: Water will be loaded onto transport during Ramadan.
- Consumption by clients is managed by the Tour Guide at an appropriate place where it will cause the least offence. •
- The campsite includes 8 tents with a maximum camp capacity of 16 people. • A portion of the fee goes towards supporting local conservation. • There is no entertainment included in this experience, however, background music is played during the evening.• Luggage storage is available. • An amenities kit is included however please bring your toiletries as this is an overnight stay. • Please note that the contents of the amenities bag may change and are subject to availability.• A warm sweater or jacket is recommended in the winter months, and comfortable shoes and loose clothing are recommended.• Permanent showers and toilets are on site. • No warm water facility is available in the washrooms/showers.• Please do not bring your alcohol (as per Dubai law, carrying alcohol in Dubai Desert Conservation Reserve is not allowed).• Sterilized and securely packaged towels and linen are provided and permanent washrooms are on site.• Valid voucher copy to be presented upon meeting your guide. Arabian Adventures reserves the right to cease service of alcohol to guests who display obvious signs of intoxication.
