Atlantis Dolphin Meet & Greet Experience
Learn all about the friendly sea creatures and befriend them all during our Meet & Greet experience! You'll even get to take a photo with our resident dolphins at the edge of the lagoon to make the memories last.

- Suitable for all ages. Participants under 12 years old must be accompanied by a paying adult (18 years and above).
- Children 2 years old and below have complimentary access. A maximum of 3 children under 12 years per adult is accepted.•
- The maximum number per experience is 15 participants.• Keep in mind that Aquaventure closes at 05:30 pm, plan your day accordingly and take advantage of all the thrilling water rides and attractions available to you.•
- All children under 18 years old must be accompanied by a participating and paying adult of 18 years old and above•
- Atlantis Dubai reserves the right to deny entry if the guest selects an incorrect ticket type (adult or child).
- During severe weather conditions, we may need to temporarily close the attraction to ensure your safety.
- Please understand that we will not be able to offer refunds in case of inclement weather.

- Redemption of voucher is on the selected event date; amendments to the date are not allowed. To redeem your voucher, you must present a valid passport or government-issued photo ID that matches the contact name you used when booking. If you do not present a valid form of identification, you will not receive admission, and you will not be issued a refund.•
- Participants of the Dolphin Meet & Greet must arrive at Atlas Village at least 15 minutes before the scheduled start time. If a participant arrives 15 minutes after the scheduled start time, they will be considered a “no show”. •
- Please know that your scheduled time is for the mandatory check-in and not for the experience itself. •
- All children under 18 years old must be accompanied by a participating and paying adult of 18 years old and above.•

- Cameras, jewelry, hair accessories, or any loose accessories are not allowed in the water for the safety of our animals. •
- One complimentary printed photo per paid ticket will be provided after the experience. •
- Please note that in the high season such as school holidays, winter holidays, or Easter holidays the queues to the rides in Aquaventure might be long. Depending on availability the AquaXpress can be purchased at the entrance or the guest service kiosk inside the park. •
