- Age Requirement:
- Minimum participant age: 6 years old.
- Guests under 18 years must be accompanied by a paying adult (18+).
- Swimwear: Proper swimwear is required for participation.
- Restrictions:
- Pregnant guests cannot participate.
- Cameras, jewelry, hair accessories, or any loose items are not permitted in the water for the safety of marine animals. Professional photography services are available for purchase.
- Weather Policy: In case of severe weather conditions, the attraction may be temporarily closed for safety reasons. Refunds will not be provided for weather-related closures.
- Ticketing Policy: Atlantis Dubai reserves the right to deny entry if the guest selects an incorrect ticket type (adult/child).
- Peak Season Notice: During holidays and peak periods, ride queues may be longer. AquaXpress (fast track) passes may be available for purchase at the entrance or guest services.
