- Small carry-on items like handbags, backpacks, and collapsible strollers are accepted to bring. Large luggage items cannot be accommodated on the buses
- Please note most of the yellow buses are wheelchair accessible, but during peak times, some buses that might not be wheelchair accessible
- Please note that some attractions may be closed on public holidays such as Christmas Day, New Year’s Day, and Easter
- Please arrive at the designated location 10 minute(s) before the scheduled departure time, as the tour will depart on time
- Before travel your ticket must exchange your ticket by Explorer Bus sales ambassadors who are based at Stops 1 and 2. After being checked in, show your QR code to drivers to be verified/scanned each and every time you board the bus
