These restrictions apply to the Symphony of The Sea beach area based on your chosen entrance ticket. Don’t worry! You can still enjoy various recreational activities at Dunia Fantasi, SeaWorld Ancol, Ocean Dream Samudra, Faunaland, Gondola, Allianz Ecopark, Pasar Seni, Pantai Indah, Pantai Festival, and restaurants outside of these hours.

- To order multiple tickets, input only one visitor's name.
- Bringing food and drinks from outside the Ancol area is prohibited.
- Enter the correct email address or phone number when booking to ensure ticket delivery.
- Tickets cannot be rescheduled after purchase.
- Purchased tickets are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
- Ticket sales may be stopped at any time per Ancol or tiket.com policies.
- E-tickets cannot be exchanged for cash, either partially or in full.
- Full fare applies to visitors aged 2 years and above.
- Tickets are valid for a single entry through Ancol's Main Gate and not for entry to other Ancol Taman Impian recreational units.
- Vehicles without proper registration (STNK) are not permitted to enter the Ancol area.
- For multiple ticket purchases, visitors are advised to arrive together at the time of ticket exchange.
