Boutique group (2-13 people)-One-day Nikko World Cultural Heritage Tour from Tokyo (Toshogu Shrine, Iroha Mountain Trail, Akechidaira Observation Deck, Kegon Falls, Lake Chuzenji)
1. Guests who have purchased hotel transfer services, please specify the pick-up/drop-off location. The vehicle will pick you up at the hotel between 7:30 and 8:30. Please wait at the hotel in advance.
2. If you need to bring large baggage, please indicate this when confirming your order.
3. Please inform us in advance if seniors over 69 years old or pregnant women are participating.
- Enjoy a boutique group tour (2-13 people) at a regular price. Visit UNESCO World Heritage Sites. Departures every Tuesday and Saturday with a minimum of 2 people.
- This is a shared transportation fixed itinerary. Once confirmed, the date cannot be changed at will. Any losses incurred will be borne by you. If you are unable to participate in or cancel the itinerary due to personal reasons or lateness, no fees will be refunded.
- Please arrive at the designated location 10 minutes before the departure time. If you are more than 5 minutes late, the bus will not wait and you will be considered to have forfeited the trip.
- Guests must follow the itinerary and the driver's instructions. If a guest leaves the group during the tour, the booking will be considered invalid and no refund will be issued. You will be responsible for any consequences related to personal or property safety.
- Please keep your passport and valuables with you at all times and ensure they are secure.
- Seniors, people with hypertension, cardiovascular diseases, and pregnant women are recommended to be accompanied by relatives. Please inform us in advance if seniors over 69 years old or pregnant women are participating.
- Arrival times for each trip may vary due to traffic, weather, holidays, and crowds. If the trip is delayed due to the above or other force majeure factors, you will not be able to request a refund. If the trip is canceled due to force majeure factors such as natural disasters, you can apply for a change or refund.
- Please comply with local laws and regulations in Japan and do not bring items prohibited by Japanese law to avoid violating the law and affecting your rights.
If a cancellation request is submitted before 00:00 on the day 1 day(s) before the usage date, a fee of 50% will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted before on the usage date, a fee of 100% will be charged.
If a discount is applied, the fee will be calculated as a proportion of the pre-discount price. It will not exceed the amount actually paid.
