无需取票，凭电子凭证直接验证使用;使用地址：京都府亀岡市保津町下中島2;使用时间：09:00~15:00(1/1-12/31周一-周日);补充说明：请于乘船处（保津川游船）的接待处，出示您的电子票。 请注意，游船可能会比出发时间晚30分钟出发。
【Precautions】:
1. Please be sure to confirm the sailing conditions and sailing time on the day before traveling.
2. If the bus is full, you will be arranged to take the next departure time. If all departure time are full, you will need to choose another date within the validity period of the confirmation to queue up on site, or you will be refunded. Thank you for your understanding.
3. Depending on the water level on that day, the boat ride time varies from about 90 to 120 minutes.
4. Children under 80cm in height are not allowed to enter. Children under 2 years old are not allowed to enter even if accompanied by an adult. Children over 3 years old and over 80cm in height need to wear life jacket.
5. If the Hozugawa is suspended due to force majeure such as weather, you can cancel the trip with a full refund. Please contact the store customer service directly for a refund. The on-site counter of the facility cannot accept it. Please be advised. If it is due to personal reasons, such as lost Boat Ticket, no replacement or refund can be given. Any agreement made by the guests on site with the Hozugawa staff will not be recognized by us and will be invalid. If there are special reasons, please be sure to contact us directly to negotiate a solution.
6. In rainy days, the boat will set up a tent and operate normally. (However, it may stop operating in storms or floods)
7. Smoking is prohibited on board.
8. Eating and drinking are allowed on board.
9. In winter, the boat deck is covered with carpets and a small kerosene stove is placed inside, which is very warm. There are no chairs, so you can only sit on the carpet.
10. The maximum number of people on board is 24 (16 on winter ships).
11. The retail store sells rice balls, Tanba's own black beans, local specialty liquor, Tanba wine, and various other souvenirs.
