2. If the bus is full, you will be arranged to take the next departure time. If all departure time are full, you will need to choose another date within the validity period of the confirmation to queue up on site, or you will be refunded. Thank you for your understanding.
3. Depending on the water level on that day, the boat ride time varies from about 90 to 120 minutes.
4. Children under 80cm in height are not allowed to enter. Children under 2 years old are not allowed to enter even if accompanied by an adult. Children over 3 years old and over 80cm in height need to wear life jacket.
5. In rainy days, the boat will set up a tent and operate normally. (However, in case of storms or flooding, the boat may stop operating and no refund will be given if it stops operating.)
6. Smoking is prohibited on board.
7. Eating and drinking are allowed on board.
8. In winter, the boat deck is covered with carpets and a small kerosene stove is placed inside, which is very warm. There are no chairs, so you can only sit on the carpet.
9. The maximum number of people on board is 24 (16 on winter ships).
10. The retail store sells rice balls, Tanba's own black beans, local specialty liquor, Tanba wine, and various other souvenirs.
