- The Hong Kong Observation Wheel is wheelchair accessible, and staff are available to assist with boarding.

- Tickets are only valid on selected dates.
- Must book before 20:00 at the latest if booking for the current day(local time)
- Operating hours from Monday to Thursday will be 12:00 to 22: 00. Operating hours from Friday to Sunday (and public holidays & public holiday eves) will be 11:00 to 23:00.
- Boarding and other services will end 30 mins before closing time. Please kindly arrive earlier for entry.
- Each gondola has a maximum capacity of 8 persons and will be shared with other visitors.
- Large luggage, baby strollers, scooters, and wheeled items are not allowed on the Wheel, regardless if the item is foldable or not. Charged luggage storage service is available on site.
- Pets are not allowed in the Park and Wheel, except for guide dogs.
- This ticket is subject to the HKOW's terms and conditions at our Ticket Office and at HKOW's website.
- To ensure the health and safety of our guests, all visitors are required to comply with the latest anti-epidemic measures of HKSAR Government.
- In the event of disputes regarding these terms and conditions or other matters relating to the ticket, HKOW reserves the right to make the final judgment on the dispute.
- The 60-meter-high Hong Kong Ferris Wheel is located on the Central waterfront, offering a panoramic view of Hong Kong Island and Tsim Sha Tsui during the day and night
- Children aged 3-11 or below must be accompanied by another person aged 15 or above when riding the Hong Kong Ferris Wheel.
