- Accessibility: Maximum 10 guests per session.
- Accessibility: If you choose a private playing time frame and play in a private group, Kong Forest will charge an additional fee of 550,000 VND/Pax
- Accessibility: Training time: 10-15 minutes/game.

- Children policy (4-16 years old):
- + From 1.2m - 1.5m: child ticket calculated.
- + Over 1.5m: adult ticket.
- Guests under 16 years old and/or unable to pass the instructor's test will not be allowed to operate the ATV themselves.
- People with heart disease, high blood pressure, a history of bone and joint problems, pregnant women, people with mobility difficulties... are not allowed to participate.
- Guests need to arrive at least 15 minutes before the registered playing time to check in.
- Guests participating in games at Kong Forest Park need to follow the tour guide's instructions to ensure safety for themselves and fellow guests.
