Cu Chi - Cao Dai Temple & Ba Den Mountain Day Tour
At 06:30 am, our tour guide and driver will pick you up at your hotel in Ho Chi Minh City center to start the tour. Firstly, we will go to visit the Cu Chi Tunnels and learn more about the labyrinth of underground rooms used by the Viet Cong during the Vietnam War.
Under the fabulous and impressive tunnels, we will explore the subterranean field hospitals, weapon factories, and command centers. Moreover, we will try some of the main foods of the Viet Cong with a cassava tasting served with tangy tea.
We will learn more about the sect and its relationship to Buddhism, Christianity, and Confucianism. As you know, Caodaism is a religion in Vietnam that they worship only 1 eye of Heaven and under Heaven’s eye, they worship everyone. And then proceed to Ba Den Mountain. Upon arrival, we will take a scenic cable car ride to the peak of Ba Đen Mountain, the highest peak in southern Vietam. From the top, you can not only admire the tallest bronze Buddha statue in Asia, but also enjoy breathtaking panoramic views of the surrounding countryside, and rice fields stretchingto the border with Cambodia. Don’t forget to bring your camera to capture the stunning scenery!
