- Solve exciting missions, engaging puzzles, and obstacles and escape within 55 minutes.
- Wear comfortable clothing and shoes suitable for light movement and activity
- Listen carefully to the pre-game briefing and follow the game rules set by the staff.
- Arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled game time for briefing and instructions.
- If customers are late for less than 10 minutes, the game will start and the experience time will be shortened.
- If customers are late for more than 10 minutes, the game will be rescheduled with another available time slot (subject to availability of the game session).
- If customers arrive with fewer participants than the purchase amount, no refund will be available.
- Additional players will be charged accordingly.
- Children aged 7 and below can play for FREE.
- Children aged 12 and below must be accompanied by a guardian who is 18 years old or above inside the room to play with them.
- Underage teens aged 13-17 will require a guardian to be present, and the guardian must sign a consent form before the teens are allowed to play alone.
