• E-vouchers are available within 2 months of purchasing. You can present the e-vouchers to redeem the bus tickets 1 month to 1 day before your trip. You can visit the following JR ticket counters from 10:00 am onwards:
- For those departing from Osaka: Redeem at Osaka Station JR Express Bus Terminal Bus Ticket Center
- For those departing from Kobe: Redeem at JR Bus Ticket Counter inside Sannomiya Bus Terminal (Mint Kobe)
There is a time limit to use both the Kin no Yu (gold water) and Gin no Yu (silver water) baths, so you may want to plan ahead and maximize your time trying out the other baths
Kindly note that the e-vouchers and bus tickets cannot be replaced in the event of loss or theft

The bus departs on time. Please check the travel schedule for your bus stop in advance and allot extra time for boarding
Arrival at the destination may be delayed due to road and weather conditions. The bus service will not issue refunds or other forms of compensation if the trip is delayed due to such causes
Passengers can bring handbags for free under the following conditions:
• The weight does not exceed 10 kg
• The total volume does not exceed 0.027 cubic meters
• The bag length is 1 meter or less
• Please note the bus staff may restrict the amount of luggage you can bring if it blocks the aisles and emergency exits
• Pets are allowed but must be kept in cages. Please contact the bus company for additional details

- Maintaining good ventilation: The bus windows are opened for about five minutes to take in fresh air from the outside
- Physical distancing: Barriers have been installed between the seats to decrease the spread of infection
- Disinfecting: The bus is regularly sprayed with disinfectant to inhibit the growth of viruses and bacteria
- Cleaning: The bus is cleaned after every trip to reduce the risk of contamination. Careful attention is given to frequently touched areas such as the handrails and toilets
- Rubbing alcohol is readily available inside the bus and at the ticket counters
- Bus staff are required to always wear masks and undergo temperature checks to monitor their health
