The number of guests per group will be no more than the maximum allowed by current government restrictions. The health, safety and well-being of Resorts World Sentosa guests have always been the integrated resort’s top priority. Resorts World Sentosa’s attractions are certified SG Clean. All its attractions have implemented Safe Management Measures including frequent cleaning and disinfection at all high touch points. Interact with our dolphins and learn about them in their habitat’s shallow end. Take your understanding of dolphins a little deeper by getting into the waist-deep waters of their habitat. Our marine mammal specialist will be there to guide you on how to interact with these incredible animals in the water, while sharing interesting facts about the species.

- Non-transferable, not for sale or exchange and non-refundable, including, but not limited to events outside Resorts World Sentosa’s control; governmental acts, acts of God, riots, strikes, natural disasters, haze or inclement weather (regardless of severity).
- Void if Altered, Tampered or Damaged.
- Applicable for admission during regular park operating hours, not valid during Special Events.

- Hand stamp and ticket required for same day re-entry into S.E.A. Aquarium only.
- Please be careful of your safety and belongings at all times, as we shall not be liable for any damage or loss that you may suffer arising from your use of S.E.A. Aquarium, whether such damage or loss is caused by our negligence or otherwise.

- Guests are recommended to bring an additional mask in the event of unforeseen weather or splashing.
- A parent or guardian (21 years old and above) must be present to authorise participation for all programme participants who are below 21 years old.
- Additional height and age restrictions apply at select Dolphin Interaction Programmes.
- Children below 12 years old who have met the height requirement must be accompanied in the water by a paying adult participant at a ratio no greater than 1A : 3C; children who have not met the height requirment of 110cm must be accompanied by an adult at a ratio of 1A:1C.
- Guests are not allowed to bring in their bags and other loose items, such as jewellery and other accessories (watches, rings, earrings, sunglasses, etc).
- Photography and videography will not be allowed. An official photographer will be available onsite to capture the experience. Separate fees will apply for purchase of photographs.
- All programmes are weather permitting and subject to change.
