- This ticket is valid only for the time period as printed on it. Admission is subject to Changi Lounge’s capacity.
- Entry will be denied if this ticket is altered, tempered, damaged, defaced or made illegible. No replacement or refund will be made for such ticket as well as for lost and/or stolen tickets.
- Customers are entitled to enjoy the facilities and services applicable to their Changi Lounge Product as printed on the ticket.
- Customers have to pay additional charges at the prevailing rate (available upon request at Changi Lounge) for all other facilities and services offered at Changi Lounge.
